1. What makes your tea blends unique?

Our tea blends are infused with Australian-grown hemp husks, which are packed with nutritional benefits like omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. Hemp is also an incredibly sustainable ingredient, making our teas kind to both you and the planet.


2. Are your teas caffeine-free?

We offer a variety of caffeine-free blends, perfect for winding down in the evening or if you’re sensitive to caffeine. Look for the "Caffeine-Free" label in our product descriptions to find the best options for you.


3. How do I brew your loose-leaf teas?

Brewing our loose-leaf teas is simple! Just follow these steps:

  • Use 1-2 teaspoons of loose tea per cup.
  • Steep in hot water (around 80-90°C) for 3-5 minutes, depending on your taste preference.
  • Strain and enjoy! You can add sweeteners or milk alternatives if you prefer.

For iced teas, brew a stronger batch and chill it before serving over ice.


4. Are your products organic?

While not all of our ingredients are certified organic, we prioritise sourcing the highest quality, sustainably grown herbs and ingredients, including Australian-grown hemp. We’re committed to minimising our environmental impact through eco-friendly sourcing and packaging practices.


5. What is the best way to store my tea?

To keep your tea fresh:

  • Store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
  • Use an airtight container to preserve the flavor and freshness of your tea leaves.

Following these tips will ensure your tea tastes as fresh as possible for longer.


6. Where do you source your hemp?

We proudly source our hemp husks from Australian farmers who share our commitment to sustainable agriculture. Supporting local farmers not only ensures the highest quality hemp but also reduces our carbon footprint.


7. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship across Australia, but we’re working on expanding our shipping options. Stay tuned for updates regarding international shipping in the near future!


8. What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $60 within Australia. For orders below $60, a flat rate of $10.95 applies. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

We also offer express shipping for an additional fee, which generally delivers within 1-3 business days.


9. What is your return policy?

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact us at hello@thekindteaco.com.au to arrange your return. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


10. Do you offer wholesale options?

11. How do you support sustainability?

In addition to using hemp, one of the most sustainable crops on the planet, we also focus on eco-friendly packaging and work with Carbon Positive Australia’s 'Plant a Seed Program' to contribute to reforestation efforts. Every purchase helps us plant trees and restore ecosystems.


12. Can I send a gift directly to someone?

Absolutely! We offer gifting options, including free local delivery in Kununurra WA. You can even include a handwritten card with your gift for a personal touch.
